Configuring Mozy 2xProtectTM
If you are already a MozyPro customer, enabling and configuring local backup through the MozyPro client is easy.
- Make sure that the drive you want to back up to is attached.
- Simple online administration console
- Right-click the MozyPro icon in your system tray to open the MozyPro status window, then select Settings.
- Click Options and then the Local Backup tab.
- Select Enable local backup.
Note: If you use Windows 7 or Vista and find you cannot select Enable local backup, look for the User Account Control icon on the Settings window. Click its link to notify Windows that MozyPro is permitted to access that drive.
- In the Drive field, select the drive where you want your backup files stored.
