We index records in order to identify and categorize all your records in a system that allows records to located by pre-selected keywords such as name, medical record number, vendor number etc. Indexing not only saves you time and money, but also provides a detailed organizational structure and audit trail for retrieving your files from your records inventory in storage.

After meeting with you, we Data Storage will propose a customized indexing scheme designed to best meet your records management needs. Upon your approval our indexing personnel will rapidly complete your indexing project, making a detailed account of all your boxed records and files in storage.   

Your completed index will allow you to locate your documents via a simple keyword search!
